300,000sf 357 Unit L.E.E.D. Gold designed condominium apartments, in adaptive reuse of a
wharehouse.
In order to add height and value to an existing warehouse building in Williamsburg, a large courtyard was planned to be demolished from the center, and the zoning bulk of this new courtyard transferred to the roof of the remaining donut.
